HW Moon Toyota Hundred Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is: HW Moon Toyota, 3 Challenge Way, Wigan, WN5 0LD.

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• One entry per person is permitted.

• Employees of HW Moon Toyota and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• Entry is only valid if all required information is submitted via the official online form on the website.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the form and opt in to receive marketing communications from HW Moon Toyota.

• No purchase necessary.

• Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Sunday 3rd August 2025.

4. Prize

• The winner will receive 4 General Admission Tickets to the Manchester Originals v Southern Brave Hundred Double header at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

• HW Moon Toyota reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The draw will take place on Monday 4th August 2025.

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided on Monday 4th August.

• If the winner does not respond within a days of notification, a new winner may be drawn.

6. Data Protection

• All personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and HW Moon Toyota’s Privacy Policy.

• By entering the competition, you consent to HW Moon Toyota contacting you with marketing communications, unless you choose to unsubscribe.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties.

7. General

• HW Moon Toyota reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion at any time.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
