HW Moon Toyota Test Drive to Win – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is: HW Moon Toyota, 3 Challenge Way, Wigan, WN5 0LD.
2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

One entry per person is permitted.

Employees of HW Moon Toyota and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.​
3. How to Enter

To enter, customers must complete a test drive of a new Toyota Yaris or Yaris Cross at HW Moon Toyota (Wigan) between 1st August and 30th September 2025.

No purchase necessary.
4. Prize

The winner will receive a £100 Albert's Restaurant gift voucher.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

HW Moon Toyota reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
5. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all test drive participants after the closing date

The winner will be notified via email by 7th October.

If the winner does not respond within 5 working days of notification, a new winner may be drawn.
6. Voucher Validity

The voucher will be subject to Albert’s Restaurant’s terms of use, including expiry and reservation requirements.
7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, such as a photo or mention on HW Moon’s social media and website.
8. Data Protection

All personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and HW Moon Toyota’s Privacy Policy.
